Foundation Board of Directors. Thank you, Wendy, we miss you dearly.
Wendy McKinnon was a dedicated volunteer and board member at CLH Foundation as well as a strong advocate for the
people that CLH supports.
Wendy led the Foundation for Success committee, which has oversight of individualized funding requests for assistance that
cannot be addressed by traditional funding. Wendy’s leadership streamlined the review and approval process to expedite
help when it’s needed most and kept supported individuals centred in the work of this committee.
Wendy was also integral in other CLH Foundation initiatives such as Bridging the Gap, Commitment to Care, A Red Carpet
Evening, Chip-In Fore CLH, and much more.
In August, the CLH Foundation Board of Directors was able to present the 2022 Award of Excellence to Wendy in person, in
honour of her dedication to the pursuit of support, inclusion and empowerment for all.
