The Greatest Gifts

Dignity, independence and purpose. Most of us would agree that these are three of life’s greatest gifts.

At CLH Foundation, supporting dignity, independence and purpose is at the core of our mission.

As a trusted provider of extensive programs for adults with developmental disabilities, CLH Developmental Support Services delivers exceptional, compassionate 24/7 lifetime care to 90 adults in Midland,Penetanguishene, Victoria Harbour, Port McNicoll and Waubaushene. That means safe, stable housing, nutritious food, excellent medical care and various supports that foster physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

This includes covering 100% of the costs of critically needed medical and personal health essentials for people in our care – a practice unique to CLH, and one that ensures each person can thrive.

Many other organizations expect individuals or their families to cover these costs. Most simply cannot afford it. Today, as inflation continues to rise, CLH Foundation is seeking your support to help us ensure that critical services like Commitment to Care and funding priorities like Bridging the Gap, Foundation for Success and the Community Participation initiative can continue to support some of our most vulnerable neighbours.

Without YOU, none of this would be possible—and we need your help today more than we ever have before.

Your gift to CLH Foundation is The Greatest Gift, because it will help create opportunities for children, youth, adults and seniors with developmental disabilities to live with possibility and purpose.

Your gift is what fuels our long term commitment to fostering the ongoing care and social connections that are so vital for a full and meaningful life—for every person we serve.

Because of YOU, CLH will continue to be there for our community.

And we can’t thank you enough for that.
