On August 23, the 5th Annual Walk This Way for CLH reached a whole new level of support and participation. Sponsors, donors, volunteers, team captains, and supporters came together to walk, roll, and stroll, raising more than $30,000 for The Means to Thrive. These funds will help foster well-being, community connection, and meaningful opportunities for every adult, senior, youth, and child supported by CLH Developmental Support Services.

CLH Foundation is deeply grateful for the leadership support of Presenting Sponsor Meridian. Special thanks to Platinum Sponsors Arcade & Jory Guardian Pharmacy and Silver Bridge Labs; Gold Sponsor Georgian Electric Inc.; Refreshment Sponsor Weber Manufacturing; and Silver Sponsors Midland Toyota and Co-operators | Jill Charlebois-Richards Insurance.

We also recognize our Finish Line Sponsors, Adam Chambers and Penetang Home Hardware, as well as our Trail Sponsors: Meridian Business Banking, Garthside Ltd., Templeton Windows & Doors, Village Square Mall, Discovery CPA, HGR Graham Partners, Dentistry at Lifestyles, One Stop Beauty Shop, Tinney’s Septic Services, Meridian Wealth, and St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church. Thank you as well to Foodland Penetang for its generous support as a Refreshment Sponsor.

Together, the first five years of Walk This Way for CLH have raised more than $130,000, a remarkable testament to the generosity, compassion, and community spirit of our local community.

The event was proudly presented for the fifth consecutive year by Meridian, led by Penetanguishene Branch Manager Dorothy Blanks.

“We are proud to be part of the incredible five-year success of Walk This Way and look forward to the 2027 event. We are pleased to support inclusion in our community, which is a cornerstone of our work at Meridian, and to help create opportunities for members of the CLH community to connect, engage, and thrive.”

CLH Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to all participants, donors, volunteers, and corporate sponsors who walked, strolled, and rolled to make this milestone anniversary a resounding success.
