Miracle Day for Teen Camp
Kelly Larmand and his team at CIBC Larmand Investment Group + CIBC Private Wealth are helping ensure that CLH Teen
Camp continues to provide enriched programs and opportunities for CLH-supported youth. Through his participation in
Miracle Day, a brilliant national initiative by CIBC which supports local programs for children and youth, Kelly has directed
$5,000 to benefit CLH’s much-loved Teen Camp program. This generous donation directly supports a program which
provides community engagement, skill-building and social connection for young people.
Jana Harding, whose daughter Willow is a Teen Camper, shared: “We just wanted to send a thank
you to you and your staff for the amazing summer Willow had with the teen camp…activities
planned were incredible and gave her so many wonderful experiences and memories…
Willow’s face lights up when she knows she’s going to “CLH” and I
know it’s a very special place for her with very special people.”
On Miracle Day, CIBC Wood Gundy Investment Advisors and CIBC’s
Capital Markets team donate their fees and commissions in support
of children’s charities. Since its inception in 1984, CIBC Miracle Day has
raised over $266 million globally, helping to transform the lives of children
and communities worldwide.
For his part, Kelly believes that creating positive learning environments and social connections
are critically important for young people: “Building strong, vibrant communities begins with
our children and youth: I’m very proud to take part in Miracle Day and to be able to contribute
directly to a program which so clearly has a positive impact on CLH-supported young people.” Amazing gift,
tremendous impact. Thank you, Kelly! Thank you, CIBC Wood Gundy!
